One Injured in LA Car Collision on SR 60

LOS ANGELES, CA (February 18, 2023) — A car collision on westbound State Route 60 near S Soto Street resulted in one person being hospitalized Saturday evening.

The California Highway Patrol reported the crash occurred around 7:32 p.m., involving multiple vehicles. Emergency responders promptly arrived at the scene to provide medical assistance and transported an injured individual to a nearby hospital for treatment.

Community members expressed concern over the frequent accidents occurring on this stretch of the highway, emphasizing the need for increased safety measures.

An investigation by authorities is ongoing to determine the exact cause of the collision, with no further details released at this time.
