HOLLYWOOD, CA (January 25, 2026) — Several pedestrians were injured Sunday afternoon after a vehicle left the roadway and struck people near the intersection of Cahuenga Boulevard and Sunset Boulevard, the Los Angeles Police Department confirmed.

According to the Los Angeles Police Department, officers responded to a vehicle versus pedestrian collision at approximately 2:20 p.m. near Cahuenga and Sunset Boulevard. Authorities said a vehicle jumped the sidewalk and struck multiple pedestrians at the Hollywood intersection.

Emergency responders treated several injured pedestrians at the scene, and some were transported to local hospitals for additional care. Police stated that the injuries were considered minor, with the most serious injury reported as a fractured leg.

The driver involved in the collision was taken into custody and arrested on multiple charges, according to authorities.
