Man Killed in Lancaster Car Crash on 170th Street East
LANCASTER, CA (January 1, 2026) — A man died early Thursday morning after a two-vehicle collision in Lancaster, the California Highway Patrol confirmed.
According to the California Highway Patrol, the collision occurred at approximately 6:53 a.m. when two vehicles collided at the intersection of 170th Street East and Avenue P. Following the initial impact, one of the vehicles left the roadway and struck a light pole, contributing to the severity of the incident.
Paramedics and first responders responded to the scene, where one man was pronounced dead. The victim was later identified as 21-year-old Emmanuel Juarez by the Los Angeles County Office of the Medical Examiner.
