Derek Tran is the Managing Attorney of Feher Law’s Employment Division which represents clients in wrongful termination, discrimination, harassment and retaliation matters. Derek serves as a Board Member for the Consumer Attorneys Association of Los Angeles and Consumer Attorneys of California. He serves on several committees for both organizations and is the current Co-Vice Chair for CAALA’s Education Committee. He is a graduate of CAOC’s Leadership Academy and CAALA’s Plaintiff Trial Academy. Derek has been featured in the Daily Journal’s California top 100 jury verdict list. He has been on NBC News and has been named to the list of Super Lawyer Rising Stars from 2019-2023. In 2022 and 2023, Derek made Super Lawyers Rising Star Top 100 and Top 25 in Orange County. Derek is a decorated Veteran and served during Operation Enduring Freedom in 2003.
