Biography
Alex Ballard is an associate attorney at Feher Law dedicated to representing individuals harmed by negligence, government misconduct, and personal injuries. He brings a litigation-focused approach to every case, preparing matters thoroughly and advocating aggressively to achieve the best possible results for his clients.
Before joining Feher Law, Alex gained experience handling a range of complex matters, including civil rights claims, mass torts, school abuse, sexual abuse, and elder abuse cases. This background has shaped his ability to manage high-stakes litigation and advocate effectively for individuals facing powerful institutions.
Alex earned his Juris Doctor, cum laude, from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, where he served as Chair of the Mock Trial Team and developed a strong foundation in courtroom advocacy. During law school, he also worked with a pro bono legal clinic supporting students with disabilities and volunteered with the Legal Aid Center of Southern Nevada. He successfully argued a pro bono case before the Nevada Court of Appeals.
He received his undergraduate degrees, magna cum laude, from Chapman University in Economics, History, and Political Science.
Outside of his legal work, Alex enjoys spending time with his dog, Dakota, staying active, and exploring new challenges outside the courtroom.
