Biography

Karen Parra is an associate attorney at Feher Law focused on representing employees in workplace disputes, including wrongful termination, discrimination, and other employment law matters. She is dedicated to advocating for individuals who have been treated unfairly and works to hold employers accountable through thorough preparation and strategic case development.

Before becoming an attorney, Karen worked as a paralegal, giving her a strong foundation in case management and client support. She brings a detail-oriented and disciplined approach to every matter, ensuring clients feel informed and supported throughout the legal process.

Karen earned her Juris Doctor from Chapman University Fowler School of Law, where she was actively involved in student leadership. During law school, she served as Treasurer of the Student Body Association, Chief Editor of the Diversity and Justice Forum, Vice President of the Latinx Law Student Association, and Student Ambassador for the admissions team.

She received her undergraduate degrees in Political Science and Philosophy from California State University, Fullerton.

Outside of her legal work, Karen enjoys spending time with her family, staying active, and training for long-distance races.
