Los Angeles Man Killed in Lake Tahoe Skiing Accident

LAKE TAHOE, CA (October 15, 2023) — A 26-year-old man from Los Angeles was killed in a skiing accident near Lake Tahoe, authorities reported.

The accident occurred on Saturday afternoon when the skier lost control and collided with a tree. Emergency responders were called to the scene, but the man succumbed to his injuries before he could be transported to a hospital.

The victim’s family has expressed deep sorrow over the tragic incident and is requesting privacy as they grieve their loss.

Local authorities are investigating the circumstances of the accident to determine if any safety protocols were violated.
