Two Hurt in Shadow Hills Truck Crash

LOS ANGELES, CA (February 1, 2026) — Two people were hospitalized in serious condition Sunday evening at approximately 7:30 p.m. after a crash involving a box truck and at least one other vehicle at 9862 Glenoaks Blvd. in the Shadow Hills area, authorities said. The Los Angeles Fire Department confirmed firefighters pulled one person from a vehicle at the scene.

When firefighters arrived, emergency crews worked to free an occupant from a damaged vehicle following the collision. Two female occupants of unknown age were transported to a local hospital in serious condition for further treatment, according to fire officials.

The 18-year-old driver of the box truck was evaluated by paramedics at the scene and declined transportation to a medical facility, authorities said.
