Editorial Standards | Feher Law

Feher Law is committed to publishing legal content that is accurate, current, and useful to people navigating real legal situations in California. This page explains how our content is created, reviewed, and maintained.

Who Creates Our Content

All legal content on this website is written by or under the direct supervision of licensed California attorneys at Feher Law APC. Our attorneys practice actively in the areas they write about – including personal injury, employment law, and civil rights. We do not outsource content to non-attorneys or general content writers.

Our Review Process

Content is reviewed by Thomas Feher, Esq., founder of Feher Law APC, before publication. Thomas is a licensed California attorney with years of experience representing injured workers and employees across Southern California. Legal accuracy, plain language, and relevance to California law are the three standards every page must meet before it goes live.

How We Keep Content Current

California law changes. Statutes are amended, court decisions shift legal standards, and agency procedures are updated. We review all practice area pages on a regular basis and update content when the law changes or new information becomes relevant. Each page displays a “Last reviewed” date so readers know when it was last verified.

Sources We Rely On

Our content draws from primary legal sources including:

  • California Labor Code
  • California Government Code
  • California Civil Code
  • Decisions from California state and federal courts
  • Guidance from the California Civil Rights Department (CRD)
  • Federal statutes, including Title VII, the ADA, and the ADEA

Where statutes are referenced, we link directly to the California Legislative Information website (leginfo.legislature.ca.gov) so readers can verify the source themselves.

Our Commitment to Readers

We do not write content to mislead or to make promises about case outcomes. Every case is different. The information on this site is general legal information, not legal advice. If you have a specific legal situation, contact our office directly for a free consultation.

You pay nothing unless we win.
