Two Killed, Three Injured in Moorpark Head-On Crash

MOORPARK, CA (October 23, 2023) — A violent head-on crash in Moorpark claimed the lives of two individuals and injured three others on Sunday evening, according to local authorities.

The incident occurred on a rural road when two vehicles collided head-on under unclear circumstances. Emergency responders arrived on the scene to find two deceased and three others with varying degrees of injuries, who were transported to a nearby hospital for treatment.

The crash has left the Moorpark community in shock and mourning, with residents expressing condolences to the families affected by this tragedy.

Authorities are currently investigating the cause of the collision and have not ruled out the involvement of alcohol or speed. More information will be released as the investigation continues.
