Thomas Feher, Esq.

Thomas Feher is a trial lawyer and the founder and CEO of Feher Law, APC. He focuses on litigating and trying catastrophic injury, wrongful death, and employment cases throughout California. Known for his trial-first approach, Tom has taken more than 50 jury trials to verdict and has secured multiple seven- and eight-figure results for his clients.

Tom’s practice is built on intensive preparation, strategic advocacy, and a commitment to holding negligent parties and corporations accountable. He is frequently invited to speak on trial strategy and litigation techniques, delivering lectures and workshops nationwide for organizations including CAOC, CAALA, OCTLA, and Trial Lawyers University.

He has been recognized by leading legal organizations, including CAALA’s Rising Star Award and OCTLA’s Young Gun Award. Tom is actively involved in the legal community and serves on boards and committees dedicated to advancing trial advocacy and protecting consumer rights, including Consumer Attorneys of California, Consumer Attorneys Association of Los Angeles, Los Angeles Trial Lawyers’ Charities, and the Brain Society of California.

Tom is also a graduate of Gerry Spence’s Trial Lawyers College and has served as an instructor for the program, helping train the next generation of trial lawyers.
