Omar Rosales

Omar Rosales is the Pre-Litigation Manager at Feher Law, bringing nearly two decades of experience in personal injury law. Throughout his career, he has handled a wide range of personal injury matters and developed extensive experience in case management, client communication, insurance claims, medical treatment coordination, policy-limit demands, UM/UIM claims, settlement negotiations, settlement disbursements, medical lien negotiations, and pre-litigation strategy.

Omar takes a hands-on approach to case management and remains closely involved throughout the pre-litigation process. He works with clients, attorneys, medical providers, and insurance carriers to keep cases moving forward, address issues early, and make sure clients understand what is happening at each stage of their claim.

With nearly two decades of personal injury experience, Omar understands the importance of building a strong case from the beginning. He takes pride in identifying key issues early, maintaining consistent communication, and making sure each matter is developed thoroughly and positioned as effectively as possible.

Omar is bilingual in English and Spanish and values clear communication, attention to detail, responsiveness, and treating clients with respect. He understands that the personal injury process can be overwhelming and believes clients should feel informed, supported, and confident in the team handling their case.

Outside of work, Omar enjoys spending time with his son. Together, they enjoy playing Fortnite, PUBG, and FC 27, attending sporting events and concerts, and making the most of their time together. Omar is also an animal lover and shares his home with two cats and two dogs.
