Biography
Austin R. Wallick is a personal injury attorney at Feher Law who represents individuals and families in negligence and intentional tort cases, including catastrophic injury and wrongful death matters. His experience spans every stage of litigation, from early case development and settlement demands through discovery, negotiations, and trial.
Before representing plaintiffs, Austin spent five years practicing insurance defense, gaining firsthand insight into how insurers and defense attorneys evaluate claims, identify weaknesses, and approach litigation. He draws on that experience to anticipate defense strategies, address potential challenges early, and build strong cases for his clients.
Austin earned his Juris Doctor with honors from American University Washington College of Law in 2020, where he served on the Mock Trial Honor Society’s executive board and received multiple awards and national recognition for trial advocacy. He earned his bachelor’s degree from the University of Arizona in 2017, studying logical philosophy with a minor in pre-law.
Outside the office, Austin enjoys riding his motorcycle, working on cars, cooking, traveling, and reading about history.
